The executed personal guaranty for the Paradox Barbershop lease. Per Mike's June 22 synopsis, the guaranty (lease §15 / Exhibit H) has individual guarantors Jeff Phan and Martin Cortez, jointly and severally, who "absolutely, irrevocably, and unconditionally" guarantee full payment of rent and performance of the tenant's obligations.
